To celebrate the success of Indian Diaspora and unite them for better India, the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas - Europe (PBDE) will be held on the 19th of September 2009 in The Netherlands.

PBDE is the third such convention of Indian Diaspora to be held outside India. The theme for the event is “The Rising India and the Role of Indian Diaspora”.
