Conference Fees:

• Participation fee is € 25,00 per person.*
• Students with a student card will be charged € 20,00 per person**.

• Participation fee only for cultural program is € 20,00 per person.

* No children below the age of 12 will be permitted, due to the nature of the event.
** Subject to student ID proof

Conference Fee Includes:

• Official conference kit
• Invitation to drinks, snacks, lunch and cultural programme.
• All related conference publications

Payment of Registration Fees:

Registration Fees should be made payable to "Foundation for Indian Diaspora in Europe" and must be in EURO (€) currency. Payments can be made, without charges for the beneficiary, as follows:

Registration Deadline

All registrations must be received by September 22nd 2011 at the latest.

Cancellation and Refunds

Request for refunds will be honoured only until September 20th, 2011 and will be subject to an non-refundable processing fee of €10.00.

Liability

The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to take out insurance, as they consider necessary.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the hosting of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes.

By his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.
