Mr. Lavesh Lakhina, a young entrepreneur and Managing Director of HumanR BV, has studied Economics and Management, as well as in International Marketing at universities in The Netherlands and US.

He was born in Holland, though his roots are from India, a country where he maintains strong ties. He also comes from a successful business family that has been dealing in international trade between India and Europe for over 35 years.

Early in his career Lavesh recognized the growing problem in scarcity of highly-skilled manpower in Europe, while simultaneously seeing that India was becoming an economic power having highly-skilled professionals in abundance. Utilizing his business instincts, Lavesh successfully set out the task in bridging the gap between both nations by creating HumanR, which specializes in placing top talent from India at companies in The Netherlands.

Lavesh is also the founder and Executive President of the Indian Expat Society, a non commercial platform that represent the interests and address the concerns of the Indian expatriate community in the Netherlands.
