Dr. Baidwan is a dentist by profession. He completed his dentistry study in India in 2004 and was an active member of the Indian Dental Association organising events and camps from 2005-2008.

He moved to The Netherlands in August 2008. In 2010 he cleared the examinations conducted by the Dutch Ministry of Health and got permission to   work as a dentist in the Netherlands.

He is an active member of Netherlands Dental Association (Nederlandse Maatschappij tot bevordering der Tandheelkunde) and is registered in the Dentists’ Quality Register (Kwaliteitsregister Tandartsen).

Dr. Baidwan is now working in two dental clinics in The Hague and Rotterdam.
