Mr. Gupta is a Law Graduate and fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) by qualification and partner of Corporate Professionals, advocates & solicitors, a law firm practicing in the areas of Corporate & Securities Laws, Market Entry Services, M & A and Due Diligence etc.

His rich knowledge in the fields of Corporate Laws, Business Setup and Restructuring Matters, has developed Mr. Gupta as an excellent Solution Provider. He shares a healthy attitude and mentality towards corporate and legal problems, and uses his keen sense of logical thinking and problem solving skills to decipher the alleged tribulations in the on-going industry.
